If the 6 a.m is bright as this there is a chance I would wake up early and have a morning routine...but nope my 6 a.m is still dark as it is 12 in the midnight.

1. Drink water 💧 sometimes with lemon (detoxifying, tastes better)

2. Sit for a very quick while

3. go to gym!! 💪

4. Hop on the treadmill 🏃‍♀️ = cardio. For 45 minutes. 6 days a week. Walk on alternate incline and speeds. Keep core engaged on steep incline. Sometimes run or sprint for 10 minutes. (If pre workout) walking uphill is good for toning your legs

5. Yoga!! 🧘‍♂️ split 20 20 and do middle. Do stretches! Some warmups. Getting ready for weights. 10 minutes max. Activate glutes and cores. Its a foundation that prevents injury. Downward dog is great; it opens up your back. Lift one leg at the time to open hip.

6. 4 different circuits with weights. Every circuit 3 times with 12 reps each.

KEY 🔑: Go slow. Count to 3 every time you push or pull. breath in an out.

Ideas 💡: go to pinterest or reddit for workout ideas

7. Wash face and hands. Then shower right away.

8. Makeup. STEPS: Under eye cream, primer, foundation, concealer, highlighter and blush, bronzer, eye shadow, eyebrows fill in, curl eyelashes, mascara, set everything in.

9. Breakfast 🍳 Smoothie or overnight oats. (Or omelette) consider adding spinach or pre blend smoothie

10. Go to outfit. But it depends.
Day to day: mom jeans 👖 and crop top!
W/ Sneakers
Business: body suit and black jeans.
Errands: leggings and cropped sweater

🏡 Tidy the house 7:50
🍱 Breakfast: 8:15
🐕 Feed dogs: 8:30
🐶 Let dogs out: 8:35
🧖🏻‍♀️ Skincare: 8:50
🏋️‍♀️ Part workout: 9:20

Note: I have days where I don’t feel productive!

Meanwhile, me: Wakes up literally 5 mins before I go to school, brushes teeth, aggressively yeets clothes on and hop on the car with my notebooks spinning out of my backpack and a piece of toast between my teeth.

That really nice ❤️. My morning routine: water, pray, coffee, legs workout, shower, breakfast, get ready for school. Btw time of getting awake differs each day, so sometimes I wake up around 6:30 am. Sometime at 7:30 am. And when I get a class a 11am, I wake up around 8 am.

My morning routine: wake up. Sit in my bed for 15 minutes. Gets toast and tea/coffe. Go back in bed And that’s it I don’t get change cause I’m not going any where
