That SG sounds phenomenal! I had an LP Jr. with P90s. I used it with a Marshall clone in a church and everyone there thought the little yellow guitar sounded fantastic. I even saw an old couple smile when I started playing.

Not sure who this player is but the demo here was really fantastic. I have this guitar in ebony and honestly it’s one of the best Gibson guitars if not the best I’ve had/played.
There’s something about these for sure…

Damn dude, that playing compliments this guitar so well. I have this one and its amazing. My wife bought it for me for our 10 year anniversary to replace an SG special in ebony I sold in college to help pay for some of our wedding.

I had Steve Marriot's pink 59 LP Special, he swapped it for my Sunburst Telecaster which he loved coz it was a bit beaten up (both on in the 60s, long before it was fashionable. Not quite sure if this is as good.👍🇬🇧

Not only a gorgeous guitar, but one destined to look better over age. Just fantastic, and a good video. Can't justify another one, so I will just have to live with my Pete Townshend SG Special. Thanks for the inspiration though!

On the wrap around tailpiece version like this one***Anyone know why the bridge is at diffrent positions over the years? Some bridge closer to pickup some farther away..same w neck pickups?..
