Pirandai Thuvaiyal(With Health Benefits)

Today I've made a very healthy and traditional recipe Pirandai Thuvaiyal (Veldt Grape Chutney). Its a simple recipe, goes well with rice, dosa, idli and chappathi. Try out this simple recipe and let me know the feedback.

Ingredients:

Pirandai - 1 bunch
Garlic - 10 Pods
Dry Red chillies - 6 no
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Tamarind - small gooseberry size
Coriander Leaves - As required
Curry Leaves - As required
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Salt - As required
Sesame Oil - 4 tbsp

Method:

Take a pan with 2 tbsp oil, then add all the ingredients except salt.
saute in medium flame till the colour of ingredients change to mild golden brown.
Then remove from flame, cool down to room temperature and grind it with required amount of salt.
Again take a pan with 2 tbsp oil, when the oil is hot add the grounded paste and saute nicely for 2 mins.
Then switch off the stove and transfer the chutney into container.
