Outfit #2 with the leather trousers is hot stuff 🔥 the second jacket is nice but it is large and looks a bit bulky although, as you mentioned it would be great to layer underneath. You would need to match them with a pair of matching boots that have that same distressed pewter look and I would love to see that combo with leather pants as you are wearing or even the skirt👍🥰
