Goma At Home: MannaPack Meal

Today is a very special episode of Goma At Home.

Together with the Kiwanis Club of Geo Ormoc, we did a feeding program with kids using the MannaPack Rice.

Mannapack Rice is an excellent source of protein, carbohydrates and key nutrients that is good for children. To improve the taste, I added carrots and chicken and made it into Arroz Caldo.

Thank you Mayor for featuring the manna pack rice in your famous cooking show here in YT. Boxes of manna pack is set for turnover to our day care centers in Ormoc this August 6 for our supplemental feeding program. May this video serves also an inspiration to other LGUs who wish to improve their feeding program. Through partnership-building, the City Government of Ormoc was able to tap resources from Kiwanis, ECLIPSE and other NGOs to deliver a more holistic and intergated programs and services to its constituents. Mayor we've been using that product since 2008 in all our feeding program, we used that in Tolibao, and Tanauan and in all our feeding partners here in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. That's very good for an undernourished kids, just in a month time you will see a good results in a kid you feed.
