Health Education is an independent nursing responsibility. If you want to educate the kids in school, increase the number of school nurses because that's what we do.

your plan can be done however, how much will u be paying them whilst their licenses are not yet achieved? is this going to be a loophole where they can just have them render services without pay? because this has happened before and mind you, it happened to nurses with licenses or are registered via PRC. It wasn't just 10 years ago but less than that. this is why i never liked practicing as a nurse in the Philippines, we are giving 100% as our lowest standard and we are not appreciated, not even a decent pay to buy a decent meal. or mabalik man lng yung ROI of sending a student to a reputable nursing school.
