The Crimson Queen Japanese Maple is a favorite among garden enthusiasts. It’s unique weeping form and lacy leaf structure makes it incredibly unique and a desirable accent in the landscape. They’re generally easy to grow given the right conditions and will develop a beautiful trunk/branching structure as it matures. The deeply vibrant leaves create a beautiful contrast when placed in front of a light colored wall. This is one of my absolute favs!

What is the difference between this one and red filigree maple? Is crimson queen brighter? is the red filigree leave finer and smaller than crimson queens?

Bought one in April. Zone 8B. I noticed it browning on some leaves. Its been really rainy lately. Should i put it in a pot instead of in ground?

It does stay smaller, but I would move that tree away from the house a little more….
