Did the teacher give her son's friend cigarettes and beer too? The teen was 17 at the time and if I'm not mistaken can only legally make his own decisions when he turns 18. Even then, he can't drink until he's 21 and he can't even buy cigarettes in some states until he is 21.

There's a law they're working on to make it legal for 12 years old and upward to be able to get vaccinated WITHOUT parents say so. At LEAST they can stay children when it comes to the draft...so far...
