Starting issues on a 2017 KTM

2017 KTM EXC 300 2 Stroke would not start. Nothing would happen when you hit the starter.
This was not a starter issue and we have seen it on a few of the 2017 models.
This is how we checked and fixed it.

Hey Christian! Just came across your video. I have voltage slowly trickling back to the starter button after turning the bike off. Takes about 30-45 seconds to accumulate 12V through the circuit as to were I can start it again? Bad Earth? I've never seen something like this.

nice! good to see you throwing up vids to help people out!! may throw a extra earth (-) cable onto my bike just because. its certainly something i do on my vehicles usually as an upgrade, never thought to do it on a bike because have never had a problem

You’ve lost the grounds to your electrical components, check the black/white cables in the wiring loom, they’re heavily taped up under the tank, the connector will have corroded
