To bad spectro rover get outclassed to much by his dark side, the number difference in their stat is really crazy and the fact havoc rover yet obtain his sequence 6 isn't gonna help the balance either, just from level 6 liberation you can see how unfair they treat him, what you mean 640% multiplier on 125 cost 20s cd is balaance while havoc have 1113% multiplier with the same cost 16s cd and the ability to get 20% havoc dmg bonus further increasing his liberation damage and the ability to be played as strong on fielder let me play my spectro rover and not feeling shit man

I use spectro rover to sup jinhsi (specrov outro is timestop, easier to complete jinhsi combo) and lets say its nice to have 3 nuke in ur team lel
