This is the second business eviction I've seen today..Sign of the times.

They created this mess by putting outside, and now they gotta have all those police cars there to watch over it.
Did they think about that before?

That stuff is worth thousands of dollars why didn't the owner have a going out of business sale?
The same day they evicted a night club and put out all the booze and furniture in the same town supposedly...

Wow! I hope no crimes happen there because, from all those police cars, all the cops are at beauty mart.

A lot of beauty products are hazardous materials and that is illegal!

This is just disgusting. Why not pad lock the doors and then move it to trash if they don't retrieve after 72hrs. Look how nasty they left that looking in a business district...smdh

What is going on who made that mess and would have the energy and time to dump out the entire store outside the parking lot I have questions 🤔

How do they protect dead beat businesses but won't protect people with their last when they are put out of their home??

If they were evicted for non-payment, why wouldn't the property owners keep the stuff as some sort of restitution to go towards what they owe instead of just dumping it out there like that.

Now would be the perfect time to go rob a bank. The whole ass police force out there guardin hair weaves and brushes n'shit. 🤣🤣

This is how eviction law works. There was an eviction notice and a court date. The process takes month or many months. If the tenant’s belongings are still in the store, home, or apartment, they can enter the place because it is their property inside the premises. The belongings must be removed from the premises. This is not a surprise; they know this and have refused to remove their belongings.

?? 25+ police vehicles dedicated to evicting a commercial tenant, while larcenies, burglaries, motor vehicle thefts, robberies, etc. run ramped in Atlanta...

Obviously there may be some reason for this, but at first blush this just appears absolutely ridiculous. I don’t see any point to this at all. Sadder yet is the police involvement. Really pathetic indeed! Cheers!

I would assume public property since put out of store so they should get the free stuff off the parking lot street unless the owner of beauty store is on seen ....but if not ...dive in folks is my opinion
