Plenti: The JavaScript framework for people who don't like JavaScript all that much

Показать описание
Jim Fisk is the primary developer for Plenti, and this month he'll be giving us a guided tour of it. Plenti takes a new approach to building JS apps by cutting out the bundlers, hitting the compiler directly in V8, and building scaffolding in Go to give an extremely fast and consistent developer experience. It uses Svelte templates on the frontend so you get a reactive component architecture that's lightweight and fast. The build process is so quick that you'll forget to check twitter and you don't need any tools or configuration to get started - NodeJS and NPM are optional. Jim will walk through the architecture choices and explain how Plenti works at a high level, plus discuss plans for the future of Plenti.
