Full interview with UConn women's basketball redshirt junior Paige Bueckers at the 2023 @BIGEASTConference Women's Basketball Media Day on October 24, 2023 at Madison Square Garden.

The UConn women's basketball team was picked as the favorite to win the BIG EAST Conference in 2023-24 and five Huskies earned preseason BIG EAST honors.

Paige Bueckers was selected as the BIG EAST Preseason Player of the Year. KK Arnold was tabbed as the BIG EAST Preseason Freshman of the Year. Seniors Aaliyah Edwards and Nika Mühl and junior Azzi Fudd were named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team.

UCONN fans certainly haven't forgotten the ONLY freshman to ever win the Wooden, Naismith, AP & the USBWA player of the year awards.
This season, finally given a *healthy* opportunity after suffering through 56 missed games, I believe she will show everyone else why she remains the most gifted player in women's college basketball.
Then I hope she returns to her beloved UCONN to enjoy another dynamic duo season ('24-'25) with close friend Azzi!
