HOW and WHY would former Satanist convert to Christianity? Why did she leave the Satanic Temple and join the Christian church? My guest today is Tepe, an ex-Satanist who one day picked up my father's classic book Evidence Demands a Verdict and was changed. We discuss her journey, the difference between naturalistic and supernaturalistic version of Satanism, and words of encouragement for the church. Don't miss this one!

As a former devout old world Satanist(the more violent form of satanism, not the political type), now born again Christian as well, I can say that it was intense hearing God speak to me, asking me to come back to him. It'll be a year this June and my life has been so much better since opening my heart to Christ. I actually agree with a lot of what she's saying. I've been a metal head my entire life since a little boy and the misunderstanding and judgemental attitudes definitely played a hand in my walking away from God, I was raised Christian but lost my faith when my parents died, I felt like I didn't have that community and I fell into my anger and hatred. So I completely relate to what she is saying.

I shed more than a few tears watching this video. Can relate so much, being a teenage goth myself, drawn to Wicca at first, then Crowley, but never formally joining any groups. Every time I made a move towards Christianity, I would experience the most dramatic, out-of-the blue life circumstances, culminating on the night of September 23, 2021, when I was spiritually attacked and almost lost my right eye during the ordeal. That’s the night I learned, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the unseen world exists, that real malevolence exists, but most importantly, that there is only one name under heaven and earth by which we can be saved, for he did indeed save me, and his name is Jesus.

Let’s all pray for Tepe’s protection and her journey. She’s got a powerful role to play and I am sure the enemy will try to attack. May Jesus send angels to always protect her!!! May God bless her and her family!!!

I gave up witchcraft after 20 years of practice.
I had to confess my sins at age of 36, for the first time.
Jesus Christ saved me from the demonic attacks, I praise his name everyday for defeating the ancient serpent when I couldn't do it alone.
God is real, he's alive and literal.
God bless us all.

Yay!! I used to be a witch/new ager and sex worker and I had an encounter with God three years ago and gave my life to Christ.
I searched high and low for this girl when I saw her video about the book so I’m so excited to see an interview with her

Our pastor overheard his young son praying and his prayer was “God, please make the bad people good and the good people nice”. Such wisdom.

I love that He is true to his promise "If you seek me whole-heartedly, you will find me." without any caveats attached to it. Doesn't matter if you're a satanist or an atheist. I can't even keep track of how many stories I've heard where someone goes to disprove the Bible and ends up a Christian.

Thank you for your testimony...my daughter is headed down the path that you described of your youth, and you have given me hope and a reminder of the fact that God moves in amazing ways and is not hindered in response when a person turns to Him in repentance.

May the Lord bless your testimony and multiply God's love to those who are questioning things. ❤️

I almost cried when seeing her baptised at the beginning minute and choked up. I was a satanist, witch, new ager etc I am so happy for her. My mental health improved 100% once leaving behind demons, the occult and all garbage demons taught her no matter what you call it. It is all garbage. Only spiritual truth is JESUS.

I was a Theistic Satanist for many years and I just recently turned back to Jesus. I also wish the church was more accepting of gothic culture or those who wear dark clothes. Thank you for telling your story. God bless you.

I work in an administrative capacity in a ministry setting with people who are almost exclusively pastors or pastors' wives. As wonderful as these men and women are, it can be isolating for a person who comes from a very different background. I don't think most Christians realize that offhand, unintentionally derogatory comments about something as simple as fashion choices can dredge up old hurts. "Mean girls" exist--and sometimes thrive--in Sunday schools and small groups.

The Lord makes us unique, and He uses our differences to reach diverse groups of people. But brothers and sisters in Christ ALL need encouragement and fellowship, not just the ones who look like you.

Praise God for stories like this! Tepe and her friend who also came to Christ will be able to speak into the lives of so many hurting and lost people. May the Lord use them mightily for His name and glory!

(One last thing... verbal fillers and pauses do make it more challenging to listen to a speaker, but that doesn't mean the message is less important or impactful. Polished speech takes practice, especially when addressing deeply personal issues. Sad to see so many comments dwelling on her use of "like" in lieu of the victory in Christ her story represents.)

Tepe, thanks for sharing your story. I grew up in a single parent household, dad committed suicide and my childhood was filled with similar questions but gravitated more towards anger. Lots of metal. Lots of asking why God would allow certain things and why my struggles would always compound over and over. I still have a hard time getting stuck in the valleys. The world becomes a constant source of heartache for me that it operates the way it does. You could never convince me that God doesn’t exist because I have experienced too much but I am always evaluating why certain circumstances come to pass. I believe anymore that the struggle is the best testimony for others dealing with the same issues. Their words are the most comforting, the most helpful and are tested by the trial. Keep holding on to the savior. He knows our hearts and our struggles and is there in them. We just gotta keep reminding each other of that fact.

Dear Tepe, I just want to say how inspiring your story is, a story that resonates with me so much. I thank God for your courage and I pray that He will bless you richly for your brave stance. Lots of love in Christ (Diane, England).

Sean, thank you for introducing people with such great stories and experiences. You remind me of your Dad, such a great spirit and attitude. 😊

That story about the book appearing out of nowhere gave me chills. It’s kind of ironic like many of us ask for signs or God to reveal Himself, yet when He does the first instinct is to doubt or try to explain it away as coincidence.

You are never alone, I am certain that there are many praying for your protection including myself. Sending you love and blessings wrapped hug from Germany❤🙏 God said: "...you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity; ..."(Jeremiah 29:13-14) You are HOME with Him now and Jesus Loves you. He would never leave you nor forsake you, no matter how you feel or where you are at. We all tread on valleys and mountains on different seasons and they will come to pass. Stay focused on the word of God. Trust Him with all your heart, even when your mind tells otherwise. I am a mom of two young adults and I know how you feel. Appreciate Sean for his efforts on his channel, and his kindness on people, especially patience in listening.

She is so amazing to listen to. Articulated her story and thoughts and perspectives from looking at herself in the 3rd person so eloquently. Thank you.
