Breakdance 80s Arthur Baker (The Best Of)

Arthur Henry Baker, influente produtor / dj / remixer / músico, nascido 22 de abril de 1955, em Boston, Massachusetts. Ele é mais conhecido por seu trabalho com artistas como Afrika Bambaataa, Planet Patrol e o grupo britânico New Order.
Da parceria com John Robie surgiram grandes clássicos como Planet Rock.
Em 1981, Baker se mudou para Nova York, onde continuou como produtor, trabalhando com Michael Jonzun e Maurice Starr em várias versões para o rótulo Posse Records. Ele também trabalhou com Joe Bataan, Larry Wu, Tom Moulton, Jo Bisso, e sua então esposa Tina B até o início da década de 1980, o que seria a sua década mais prolíficos e influentes do trabalho. Ele ficou especialmente conhecido por sua associação com o Latin Rascals que fizeram edições em muitas das produções de Baker durante os anos 1980, incluindo Hall e Oates e os Rolling Stones.
