Madam good insights. But I disagree and know for a fact that whatever glassware is used in the labs cannot ne replaced with plastic as the properties of plastic do not allow it to be an inert material. Glass on the other hand is a material which withstands high temperatures of exothermic reactions and doesn't react with the lab reagents on prolonged use. Jitna glassware replace hone tha ho Chuka. May be in the equipment sector new products will be manufactured but not in labs.
