The one at 4:28 is just the start when Tom gets his toes smashed with a hammer in the episode Trap Happy. After the wall lands on Butch's fingers, Jerry smashes all of his fingers with the hammer. Then they show Butch's fingers swell up and turn red, and his claws pop out, letting out steam, making a train whistle sound! I think that must be the most painful scene from the classic Tom and Jerry, and brilliantly animated!
