You were beautiful 10 plus years ago and beautiful now. At 63 myself, I would love to lose 25 pounds, but I guess it's not that important or I would do it. I choose to not take any medications and that's my choice. I look forward to your YouTube videos every Thursday. Decorating, cooking and gardening are my hobbies. I get so much joy from rearranging the artwork, furniture and decor from room to room, season to season. I also bring lots of my pretty ceramic decor out to our pool area and front courtyard. God is telling me to be more present and grateful for all my blessings instead of always wanting something different and new. Praying for God's will before I make big changes or decisions these days.
