In this video tutorial I show you how to draw male arms and female arms for comics and what to look for when defining the muscles. This is not an accurate representation of human anatomy and more of a lesson in stylized drawings. Please comment below and let me know what topics you would like to see in the future on this channel and thanks for stopping by!

It's so great how you drew 3 different arms but using the same proportions/length... this helps so much!!

I feel like my pencil settings are off when I look at how much your pencil looks like... a pencil.

Great stuff as always, Mr. Marzullo.

I was wondering if you give us some insight on character design and the process of conceptualising characters for projects such as video games. I think that would be a great video to watch.

Hello Mr. Marzullo, I love this channel it is very helpful.

I use photoshop cc to draw my characters and I was wondering how you do the initial rough sketches and then "overlay" more finished line work? The only way I know to do it is to make the top layer partially transparent so I can see my rough lines underneath. If you have any other methods or tips on this it would be greatly appreciated.

You asked for suggestion for future tutorials, Robert.

How about an in-depth one on drawing female "LOWER" torsos and male lower torsos; (especially female ones). Lower parts of torsos and hips drawing instruction would be an interesting tutorial video. Especially their foreshortening sketching constructions when doing dynamic poses - would be most helpful.

A dynamic hands pose constructing, tutorial, would also be a cool topic for a video, too; [featuring different dynamic multi-hand(s) examples].

But every proportion chart says that forearm should be shorter than the upper arm. So why are you saying it should be elongated?
