Great app! Just wish I had more use for it. There isn’t much for open trails or public land around where I live. These Texas cattle Barron’s like buying up everything and fencing it in. Yet another great video boss!

Perfect timing I just downloaded all trails but wanted something a little better! On x offroad is already so much better.

First of all, idk if anyone mentioned previously but that cut is clean! Very informative video and some really cool and useful features on the app! I wish I had another vehicle and lived somewhere to experience it.

Man I’ve been back and fourth on switching from Gaia to OnX and I think this has convinced me to make the move.

Thanks for the great walkthrough Talon! I've been using Gaia, but I just switched over to OnX. The experience has really been dialed in from when I tried it last and it makes planning and tracking so easy.

I'm new to the app and your tutorial helped clear some things up. Thanks for taking the time to make this video!

Can I suggest for beginners that clicks on icons are crucial. Please go slower and show specifics off where you click. Thank you - Tom T (new guy)

I wish they would add full landscape support so I could use this on the ipad mounted in the Jeep.

This is a great overview of the app, but one thing I'm struggling with is how do you find camping spots with the app? It's one thing to get places, it's another to know if where you're going to be camping is safe, has great views, nearby water source, etc. I'm new to rooftop camping and this is the most overwhelming part. I know some people just drive and find a place, but I'm new to all this and I'm not yet comfortable with that. The onX website says there are 1, 000s of points for camping ranging from dispersed to RV. It would be helpful to get a rundown of these features and how best to determine good places to set up camp for the night.

Thank you. Through I'm surprised we have to get the $100 plan, just to see private property borders. I feel like that should be standard, or at most, the $30 plan. Is that $100 them staying on top of land surveyor records?

thanks for the walkthrough! I'm going to be using it for the first time in two weeks for a planned route. What do you do when you come to a trail that's closed, how do you navigate "on the fly" from where you are to where you need to go while remaining on the trail and staying off the highways and more than likely not having cellular service?
