A lot of people commenting in here about 'Last Gen' seem to forget that games like GTA5 was running on a freaking PS3 with 256MB RAM. It looked good too, even if it was slow to load. Its all about optimizing the code for each machine. I mean, I wouldn't expect the textures to be super high res or anything, but I would expect them to at least have textures.Those textures popping in late doesn't surprise me, the stock HDDs in the PS4 units, I think Sony found a way to put the absolute slowest ones ever in there, even a cheap portable USB 3 5400 HDD seems to load much faster than the stock internal 500GB ones like I have do. If you stuck a cheap SSD in there, it would probably be quite a bit better, even on an original PS4. I just wouldn't through too much money at it though, its not worth a $100 1TB SSD, but maybe a 240-512GB if you can find one on sale.
