As an actress rather well known for playing versions of herself in various dramas (I ain't knocking it) I always thought this was such a fantastic scene for her as it really shows off her vocal and comedic range. She lights up the screen!

Brenda was the sister some of us didn't have but wanted. She was the sister who covered us when we crossed the line. She complemented the group with her unique set of human qualities. She fit right into the gang and united the team. Without her, 90210 might have been fine, but something would have been missing for it to be perfect. Brandon wouldn't have been THE Brandon. Dylan had several partners in the series, but for some reason, everyone remembers his relationship with Brenda. Many of us saw ourselves in it. And the friendship with Kelly is something that many of us are still looking for out there.

Brenda/Shannen didn't die. She will live (within us) as long as we keep watching videos like these over and over again.
Every view and like is a candle lit by us towards her..

Shannen was super talented and her growth and development, over the years since being a child actress, was phenomenal. This was one of my favorite scenes…she had so much range and easily the best actress on the show, she definitely stood out from the others because nobody but Shannen could be bring this much charisma and charm to “Laverne”.

Not to take anything away from the other cast members because they all made the show magical. But Shannen definitely had the “IT” factor. And boy did I love Brenda and Dylan…in my head, they are endgame and finally together again.

90210, Melrose Place etc. - They all started out so serious with such great storylines. They were so popular that they couldn't be be cancelled so that storylines got more and more crazy. And, we were totally along for the ride!
