Horizontal stator coil winding removing machine TDEM 04.02.28
The machine is designed for removing, after cutting and firing, loose windings from stators of electric motors with a capacity of up to one hundred kilowatts.
Like almost all equipment supplied by LLC TRADING HOUSE ELECTROMASH, this machine does not require long-term personnel training. It is economical, easy to maintain, and safe. Installation in a production area does not require any foundation. It will easily fit into your technological chain, simplifying and reducing the time spent on repairing electric motors.
The machine consists of a stamped-welded body, a winding pulling mechanism, an adjustable stop, a stator screw clamp and a container for collecting removed windings.
The winding removing machine allows you to work with stators with an axis height of ninety to two hundred eighty millimeters and a maximum length of five hundred sixty millimeters. The pulling force of the winding hook and rope is six hundred kilograms of force.
For the machine to operate, it is necessary to place the stator on the frame table top until its movement is blocked by the adjustable stop. Insert the pressure roller of the screw clamp by moving the stator into the bore of the stator and rotate the handle to press the stator against the table top. Grasp the stator coil winding with a hook and pull out the windings by operating the winch with the pedal. After carrying out the removing procedure, the container with the windings can be delivered to the briquetting press 04.02.04.
