LEGO Ferrari F1 Racer 1:8 8674 Model Set Review
In this video I review the LEGO Ferrari F1 Racer 1:8, released in 2006. I'll cover the model's details, construction, features, technical components and potential for investment. It's a great model with some superb features and I hope you enjoy the video. What's your thoughts and opinions on this model - please let me know.
Official LEGO promotion wording; "Bigger, more detailed, and with more built-in functions than ever before, the 1:8 scale LEGO Ferrari F1 Racer is the ultimate driving machine! With a working steering wheel, engine and suspension, a removable engine cover, spoiler and nose, this authentic model captures all the sleek details of the real-life Scuderia Ferrari F1 race car, the F2005, the last model to have the V10. For a LEGO builder, Ferrari collector or racing fan, this is a great addition to any collection! Remove the engine cover to see the moving pistons! Includes real working suspension! Model measures over 24" (61cm) long! Detailed tires measure over 3" (8cm) wide! Working steering wheel turns front tires! Built in realistic 1:8 scale!"
If you like this video, please check out my other LEGO videos (Model Set Reviews, Speed Builds, and Restoring LEGO Sets). My aim is to show how these sets work, from the basics through to complex multi-shift gearboxes found on the latest car models. I will be focusing on the LEGO vintage sets first and then working my way up to the latest Porsche and Bugatti models; charting how these sets have evolved and continue to capture our imagination.
