For those who haven't caught up with the manga yet, this is Loki. The prince of Elbaf. Often referred to as either the "Shame of Elbaf" or "Accursed Prince", Loki prefers to call himself the "Sun God", a deity worshipped by Elbaf's population, and also says that he'll be the one who ends the world. He was imprisoned for killing his father to eat an unspecified Devil Fruit and he's also Hajrudin's younger brother. He's actually the one who was set to marry Charlotte Lola, which would've created an alliance between the Big Mom pirates and Elbaf. However, as we all know, Lola ran away, and thank god she did cause Big Mom would've profited too much off of that alliance.
