Trump and his allies tried to exploit vague language in the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

It didn’t work then, but it could work in 2024.

Mr. Reich says in the video that the House has already passed a Electoral Count Reform bill and now is the time for the Senate to get the bill passed. However, he then says to contact your Representative to urge (demand) them to make passage of reforms to the ECA a TOP priority for Lame Duck session. However, shouldn't he have said to contact your Senator and not your Representative as the House has passed a bill? (Not to be nitpicking or anything.)

Yes, electoral count act reform, term limits, campaign reform, transparency of lobby/ reform, congression reform. However, Trump should not be able to run for or hold public office ever again.
