KRAUSE 4600 Series Row Crop Cultivator

preview_player
Показать описание
We recently acquired a Krause 4608 cultivator. We have turned it into a 4606 (six row 30") machine. This is an "aggressive" 3-shank K-tine cultivator and will replace the MF 428 C-shank cultivator!

Awesome score ! You sure know a lot about cultivators . You could use the other two on a small tool bar for the garden . I got a small tool bar those would work on but my tractor wouldn't pull them . Thanks for sharing !

Nice score. That quick adjust is pretty slick.

Nice cultivator! Driven by Krause just about everytime we drive into Hutch! Of course it's been awhile with me being in Alaska.

Look forward to seeing this in the field. I would have had a hard time giving up the two extra rows but you know what works for you. I like the depth wheels and will be interested to see if they're big enough to float the cultivator.

How wide are your rows? We run several different cultivators on our farm. We have 2 Glencoe's an 8 and a 4 row. Sometimes when it's wet out it is easier to use a lighter one or if you want to do a more through job the small one is nicer. We also have a Danish tine 8 row, and a 4 row Lillistan. It really comes in handy to have several options to chose from according to the different conditions that you run into. I really like how the gauge wheels adjust on your Krause, that's pretty slick.

Jack you’ve built quite an extensive collection of cultivators;) I’ve always liked Krause equipment but didn’t know they made a row crop cultivator. Do they still make one by chance? What companies still make them besides Hiniker? Anyway, you chopping sorghum yet?

I like front mount cultivators except mounting and unmounting them.
