elementary OS 5.0 JUNO BETA - Preview and first impressions - Part 1

I was lucky enough to get an early access to the beta, so we're gonna take a nice little tour of all the changes !
Thanks again to Daniel Foré and the whole elementary OS team for letting me prepare this video in advance !

We'll take a tour of the changes on the desktop, the settings, and the default apps. Obviously, you'll also get much newer versions of all applications, since elementary OS 5.0 JUNO is based on Ubuntu LTS 18.04.

It is still very much a beta, even though it has been very stable during my few hours with it, but I would advise to stick to Loki or your current system, and to wait for the final release before jumping the shark, since it might crash, break your system, or you might lose some data or files.

If you decide to try it anyway, just download the image from the medium post, and burn it to a usb key with Image Burner (available from the App Center) or any other program you'd like to use. Reboot with the USB key plugged in, and select "try elementary os without installing". This should get you to a desktop ! Don't forget to enable booting from external devices, and making the usb devices your first boot media in your BIOS / UEFI settings.

Dude this is gonna be a life-changer for the 2006 Macbook Pro since unlike the 2007 Macbook Pro (which can go to El Capitan 10.11 or be hacked up to High Sierra 10.13) is stuck on 10.6 Snow Leopard or 10.7 Lion at best.
I've enjoyed Ubuntu 18.04 on my old HPs, but I'm gonna go dust off my old 06 MBP and put ElementaryOS on it.

Dear Elementary OS Developers,
Please don't make our life harder by your weird designs. Please add these:
1. A minimize button to the right.
2. Close, maximize and minimize button to the right side.
3. Add a bottom panel
4. Need "Hide topbar" option (Because we don't need a topbar for the whole time and it’s a waste of space)
5. Add a proper font managing app like KDE.
6. Please add theme color customization
7. Add local folder share option to the file manager
8. Remove super outdated icons
9. Remove desaturate theming
10. Please stop developing weird design
