Pretty decent build. This will provide solid performance for years and the person would also have flexibility to get an x3d or workstation class CPU later. Good call on the 3060.

Just built this with the Ryzen 5 5500 deal that combo’s with the b55 gaming plus MB (-$50) with free 32gbs ram. Decided to go with the RX 6650 XT for maximum performance. The 12gbs in the 3069 never gets fully utilized, Gamers Nexus did a great video on this
