Hello, I am having trouble bringing the roof down, I had the springs checked and have been told they are okay, the roof just seems to heavy and it takes 2 people to bring it down

Can you tell me how she puts the roof up so easily? I have had my bungee cords replaced as they were slopy but I find it extremely difficult to lift the roof as this lady does... is there another problem I have or do I need to replace the springs?
