I used to not cuss and had no problem cussing. I picked up the habit at my new line of work and I am now calling myself out and stopping my self from cussing or finding another way to express myself. It’s hard but worth it

I've worked so hard to change, I've quit addictions and behavior and cussing is one thing I just can't seem to stop, I can get close to using them but it's also mentally, I might not say them out loud but in my head can't get them to stop.

Amen brother Tai. I just asked the Holy Spirit to help me. I still slip up but very very rarely and when I do I cover my mouth and automatically ask God's forgiveness lol my husband thinks it funny.

Stopped cussing a while ago, now I tell others that cuss around me to stop and they have the respect to stop. Now it’s to the point people know not to cuss around me.

I pretty much yell "God bless it" I've had to retrain my brain but I hated cussing and I hate hearing cussing words, it feels so wrong if I let it slip.

I’m going to try this. I get such a bad mouth when I get angry and I feel absolutely horrible after. I was saved almost 2 years ago and it’s a constant struggle.
