I worked with Angela Epps when it was called the Office of Buildings and I’ve literally seen her do it!!! She had customers buying her dinner for permits…She’s one of the most unethical ppl there. She knows someone in the city, there is no reason that she should have been employed with the city as long as she has been.

Bribery is the cousin to greed. No sympathy at all for people in these situations. There are many who would love to just have their job and base salary in government without taking what doesn’t belong to them. Some never know how good they had it til it catches up with them.
