Great channel, man! I had the opposite issue; only realized very recently that not everyone was "Empathic-ing" the Holy Spirit during 80s satanic panic & later in the 2000s revival movement... I was thinking that the dysfunctional mindsets & behaviors I was seeing in the church was literally God being ok with other people but my job was to try to sacrifice myself (spiritual intercession) for them. 

Got drunk, got sober, did 12 steps for 15 years, got introduced to the left hand path, and am working with/seeking relationship with a few deities now.

Firmly believe that everything bad can get turned to good, and vice versa. Intention is what matters. But it's a huge ordeal to learn that I have my own human authority/ability to set my own intentions... our current human society is used by a lot of people to limit the abilities/freedoms of everyone else

I was concerned about that when speaking of ancestors. I feel the need to go away from Christianity. My grandmother was very Christian. But lots and lots hoodoo. My concern was how could my Christian ancestors guide me if our paths vary now.

2/26/23- Grateful for this video. I met my spirit guide, Ampu (Anubis) during one of my meditation sessions. We communicated cognitively. Once during a mediation where I was strengthening and spinning my chakras he guided me on the process. I don’t see him in my meditations inc I was able to raise my kundalini but he is present. I know because I pay attention to symbolism. He now leaves feathers for me. Heart vs Feather. I’ve learned to trust my intuition, develop my Clair’s and to live in the present.
