I’m an RN in USA x 35 yrs. I thought life was great. Until I read, “The Omnivores Dilemma”. Then I was reading Marc Bittner. And I started to see the insanity. They have a beach day in New York for obese people only. But if we had an anorexic day for skeletal people at the beach, would no one intervene on their suicidal eating habits?? Rolling people over 300lbs / 22 stone legs bigger than my torso. I’m sick of it. So much money off obesity. #wakethefuckup

Ive heard you stand against energy drinks and sweetened coffee. What would be the potential risks/effects of black coffee or unsweetened tea? I personally have about 2 cups of black coffee a day.
