V-Ray: SketchUp error with Expected string | live_scene:456:

Hi, I am new here and in Sketchup
Recently I instaled vray trial version in my computer, and it works for some files, but I starded doing this apartment interiors and it appears this error, I tried to install ruby console plugin and dynamic components plugin, bujt it still doesn´t work.
Someone can help me?

The error is " Something went wrong trying to initialize the sketchup model.
Expected String but no NilClass

A quem está procurando a solução e não obteve existo com o tutorial desse vídeo, eu achei uma solução. Parece que o problema acontece quando vc usa um arquivo de configuração de iluminação antigo, ou um presset. É só ir no Asset Editor, em configurações, em Salvar imagem, ligar e desligar o botão. Não precisa definir um caminho, só liga e desliga. Depois fecha e tenta renderizar. Se não resolver, tem que refazer o seu presset.

Acabei de deletar todos meus plugins mas o problema persiste 😪😪

En mi caso había un componente dañado, una lámpara descargada de 3D warehouse, la eliminé y después fui a window > model info > statistics > purge unused + fix problems y pude renderizar nuevamente.

Que pasa si aun sigue el problema pero solo es con el 3D que estoy usando pero en los otros si puedo renderizar

Without closing sketchup didn't work but after closing it works thanks to u it was really very helpful for me👍❤️

I deleted all the files from plugin but still the same error persist.

After deleting all the plugin do we need to restore it from bin? or just delete it for permanent?
and also how can i get all my plugin back

for me it doesnt work but i solved the problem in my case its showed because of some 3d warehouse objects i inserted to the docu so i deleted one by one and at some point the vray worked
