Install the latest Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Jammy Jellyfish | Tutorial 01

The first step in learning Robotics with ROS2 is to have a ubuntu machine. In my opinion, a Virtual Machine does not work well, So it's better to install it on your PC. Ubuntu 22.04 LTS is the latest release that supports ROS2 Humble Hawksbill.
