I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. I live in The Village at Deaton Creek and love it! Our address is Hoschton but we are next to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton. This whole area is a nice area to move to. We have all we need and more. We are all sold out for new homes but there are nice resales. We love our established community because of the mature trees and 8 miles of walking trails. You need to update your prices for VDC!

My husband and I are moving from Upstate NY to Flowery Branch and will be building a home in Cresswind Twin Lakes. You are correct about the waitlist because we put ours on the list approximately 2 years ago. We've been called a couple of times to move forward with our build but we had to sell our current home first. Now that we will be in GA as of March 1, we will see how far down the waitlist we've been bumped. I'm enjoying your videos because although my husband has worked remote in NY, he has been coming to GA for the last 13 years when he needs to do in-person training and I've only visited on long weekends. I'm excited for the new adventure.
