I went to AIIMS for a bone condition in 2022 (my vitamin d got extremely low and I had multiple bone tumors). Doctors were unable to figure out what I had (the tumors).

Lastly, I went to a homeopathy doctor who ended up healing me. AIIMS is definitely a giant in medicine but I'll say, doctors probably need more advanced learning. Because when I went to AIIMS after a long wait, my case was an emergency case, and still even 5 different doctors weren't able to figure it out.
