Long overdue retirement. Someone has to take responsibility for the ridiculous outages numerous times. Just look at OCBC and UOB, any comparison in outages? When something happens numerous times, it is NOT accidental anymore. It is usually a symptom of something that is not right and these usually surfaces when & where least expected. The Board of Directors should have taken action a long time ago. DBS is not just another commercial bank. It is the bank of and for Singaporeans. The moment you were *practically given* the POSB, it is an indication of your role to Singapore and Singaporeans.
