The plastic doesn't collapse correctly after long use. Sometimes if your finger is in the center of the plastic it forces the plastic to bend the other way and then when you press to close it, it doesn't collapse right.

for anyone having trouble with the adhesive and the snapcar... use boiling hot water to reawaken the adhesive and put a book on top of your case for 30-60 minutes. should stay put

I have the same issue where it pops off the car mount… but I find sliding it off as a habit sorts that issue. Not the best workaround

I just got mine I absolutely love it! Not sure how I feel about the use of adhesive though so for now just dedicated it to my clear rhino shield case. Kinda want that stone color version

Probably because you didn't make sure the osnap was properly stuck to your phone because it definitely shouldn't come off that easily. You have to give it time to adhesve to the phone!

The magnets on mine are extremely strong almost too strong. I think the actual grip part isn’t as good as a pop socket but you don’t get these features on a pop socket. My only complaint is I think the actually part that pops up could be made out of better material because the plastic will eventually break because it’s so thing. Should have been metal.

What is the brand and name of the car mount you are using? I have using those magnetic finger ring that have n55 magnet on it. The magnetic strength is super strong. Is this snap 4 luxe as comforable?

the adhesive sucks if you put it on a case that doesnt support magsafe

The trade offs aren’t worth it. The cons outweigh the pros with the snap 4. Awkward to open and close and grip is loose and spins too freely to hold it without constant tension

I’ve been trying to find an answer to a question I have maybe you can help me. If it sticks to fridges and anything metal will loose change in a bag or keys stick to the magnets that are on the snap 4?

The plastic part that scissors under the top of the grip has gotten misaligned super quickly for me, which makes properly closing it ridiculously over complicated. I really wish they would have made a better design instead of what we got. I ordered a Tango grip that should come in next week. Here’s to hoping that one is better.
