Potrebno za jednu koru:
6 belanaca
9 kašika šećera
2 pune kašike brašna
1/2 kašike prosejanog kakaa
1/2 praška za pecivo
1 kašika ulja
200 gr. iseckanog pečenog neslanog kikirikija
Fil:
12 žumanaca
250 gr. šećera u prahu
250 gr. putera/margarina
100ml vode
200 gr. kristal šećera
200 gr. čokolade za kuvanje
200 gr. mlevenog pečenog neslanog kikirikija
I još
600ml slatke pavlake
Priprema:
Umutiti belanca sa šećerom u čvrst sneg pa lagano umešati brašno, kakao, prašak za pecivo i kašiku ulja.
Rernu zagrejati na 200 C. U pomašćen pleh staviti papir za pečenje. Seckani kikiriki (200gr) posuti ravnomerno po papiru i odozgo sipati umućena belanca. Ispeći koru. Postupak ponoviti i ispeći još jednu koru.
Ušpinovati šećer i vodu (od trenutka vrenja kuvati 5 min) pa dodati čokoladu, pustiti da se malo prohladi
Umutiti margarin sa šećerom u prahu pa dodati žumanca. U fil sipati vruć ušpinovan šećer i mutiti dok se fil ne prohladi. Dodati mleveni kikiriki.
Umutiti slatku pavlaku u šlag
Pečene kore okrenuti da kivkiriki dodje sa gornje strane. Redjati: kora-polovina fila-slatka pavlaka-kora, fil- slatka pavlaka. Slatkom pavlakom premazati sa svih strana tortu, i ukrasiti po želji.

9 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 spoon of cocoa
1/2 baking powder
1 tablespoon of oil
200 gr. chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
Cream :
12 egg yolks
250 gr. powdered sugar
250 gr. butter/margarine
100 ml of water
200 gr. sugar
200 gr. dark chocolates
200 gr. ground roasted unsalted peanuts
600ml of whipping cream
Preparation:
Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff, then gently mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and a one tablespoon of oil.
Heat the oven to 200 C. Put baking paper in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts (200g) evenly on the paper and pour the beaten egg whites on top. Bake the crust 20min. Repeat the process and bake another crust.
Mix sugar and water (from the moment of boiling, boil for 5 minutes), then add chocolate, let it cool a little
Beat margarine with powdered sugar and add egg yolk. Pour hot granulated sugar into the filling and beat until the filling cools down. Add ground peanuts.
Turn the baked crusts so that the peanut s comes from the upper side. Arrange: crust-half filling-whipping cream-crust, filling-whipping cream. Spread whipping cream on all sides of the cake, and decorate as you wish .
