The whole of the civil services should be reviewed. As for alcohol the Houses of Parliament should have ALL LICENSES REVOKED so NO ALCOHOL is allowed to be sold, or consumed there. As for any other local area, NO government or civil service personnel should be consuming alcohol, therefore a TOTAL BAN ON CONSUMING ALCOHOL on ANY GOVERNMENT/ CIVIL PROPERTIES should be invoked.
