I registered a company in Georgia. Yes, you do only pay 1% income tax, but you pay 20% tax on products and services you buy abroad. There is a way to get around this if you buy product or services from countries that have a tax agreement with Georgia, but most of my freelancers are from countries that do not have an agreement with Georgia so I am paying quite a lot of tax.
