God's expressed will.... yet think of all the remarrying when ones "ex spouse" is still alive.

It is simple… polygamy is never called sinful in the bible. Murder = Sin, Theft = Sin, Having Gods (1 or more over and above and even equal to The Creator (God… The God… which in Jesus’s language (Aramaic) was Alaha and extremely similar to the arabic and hebrew Allah and Elohim) = Sin… Polygamy (or more specifically Polygyny) is not equal to Sin … if it is, then quote the verse, prove it.

Although polygamy is not condemned if done righteously like Jacob; he didn't initially lust/desire after Leah. All men of Christ must have the spirit of "Bishoprick" and not be into given lusts of any manner. Solomon and Samson fell due to the lust of women/flesh. It is obviously more righteous/excellent in the Spirit to desire ONE help meet. This can be related to the dietary law which ALLOWS certain flesh to be consumed but obviously more excellent in the spirit to operate as a so-called "vegan" (Genesis 1:29; Daniel 1). Remember death did not come into existence until Adam sinned so this must mean our bread/meat was PLANT BASED. Eve was sufficient in fulfilling the command of multiplying and being a help meet. How wrong would it have been for Adam to lust and take his offspring as wives... It's plainly obvious to see the lust of the flesh and pride of life when people support the accumulation of wives. Some might say "it may be in their culture blah blah blah"; but it's all the same: desire for variety and or status (Lust and pride of life).
