Ah yes a locked door, behind this door sits what appears to be a nice ThyssenKrupp Aurora elevator, however this is a custom home building so the chances of getting in are pretty slim. It was installed in 2005 because I looked at a few apartments in that complex on Zillow and it says 2005 for the construction year.

welp, it's the security system outside, it's for the single home only and that security device is like a part of the Burglar alarm system. By the looks of it, it's probably a mansion of some sort.
