Monday, Steven Johnson, aka Star Crunch in the forums, will be leading us through a discussion on using shaders. Steven is well versed in this topic, so this will be an opportunity for shader newbies like myself to pick his brain.

By the end of the Hangout we should have a good sense of what shaders are, when we might use them, and where we can find more information about using them in Corona and in general.

During this week’s Hangout we discussed creating motorized wheeled carts.

Each game has either levels or difficulty settings, so June’s high score winner will the announced based on high score as well as highest level completed or highest difficulty level played. Basically, more is better.

To participate, share a picture of your highest score on the Corona Geek Facebook page.

We’ll announce the Corona Geek Game Challenge winner Monday, July 6. So be sure to follow CoronaGeek on at least one of your favorite social channels to find out who wins.

Good luck!

Hi Guys

Thanks for featuring my game "One Dot One Target" and apologies for the site change. I recently changed the website to startup my online gaming site which is something I had been planning to do. The idea is to build an audience and then promote my mobiles games since marketing is one of the biggest challenge for indie game developers.

I have had people request I extend the levels in the game, so I am hoping to add an endless spin in the next update.
