Hello, first thank you for the video, super clear and no bullsht. I was trying this and i'm getting the following error: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. But as i am starting it now i haven't done nothing, when i go to the dashboard it says my usage is 0. Have it happened it to you? when i use it on my browser it works normally.

Basically, I want to have a local instance (if you will) and upload my medical history into it. So in case anyone queries the local instance, it will answer the questions. I don't want this info to flow publicly; nor do I want it to answer some unrelated questions.
