Is Elementor Pro Worth it?

Is Elementor Pro worth it? Well I recently upgraded from the already amazing Free version of Elementor for $49. But is it actually worth the money?

Absolutely worth every penny ten times over. Having come from a coding and design background, I was kind of forced into using page builders to efficiently run my web design business simply due to the sheer speed of creating a website, versus hand coding one.


This was a recent purchase for me after getting frustrated with other leading page builders, and not being able to design what I wanted due to lack of features in all other page builders.


Created a header today that was just not possible with say, Divi for example (not having a go at Divi, it is great at what it does, I just needed more) - I am using Jet and CrocoBlock along with EM Pro though.


Is it worth it? Yes!

You can do the same thing in the FREE version. Just save the section with your table as a template, export it to your desktop and import it into any other website. So the global thingy just seems like a marketing gimmick.

Hi Alex, I have DIVI, but would prefer to change to Elementor, if I did that I presume I would have to delete DIVI, but would that mean I would lose posts already created with DIVI?

Unfortunately its mobile responsiveness is flawed alot, on mobile my images are very very small. Any ideas?

Why did Elementor decide to get rid of the renewal discount? Is its $199 per year really worth it against an established addon which can do forms, popups, custom headers and footers and has more widgets for less than $99 per year?

Let say that I pay for elementor pro for a year, and after a year I deactivate it or don't pay for it anymore. Will something happen to the website and somehow "revert" or remove the pro version features automatically such as themes or other functions? :)

If you get the Pro version, then after the year is up, downgrade to the free version, do you lose things (widgets or whatever) than you brought into the site in the Pro version but that are not available in the free version?

Can I ask about your opinion - what solution can be more useful Elementor Pro or Elementor free version x Ultimate Addons for Elementor/Element pack pro/Crocoblock (random samples)? UAE plugins look very like Elementor Pro version but you can them with no limit/lifetime plan (=.=)'

Hey Alex, would you recommend starting with free version being a complete beginner? Would it be easy to upgrade later on, not losing content, data, having to build up everything again and what not? Just to see first how it all goes...

Having said that, I AM going to upgrade to Pro for the Forms, Pop Ups and Custom Header & Footer widgets which make it worth the cost. Since I am a web designer I'm still not decided whether to go for 199$ or the 99$. Hmmmm...

making it global vs saving a template.. whats the difference? Both are ways to duplicate a page or portions of the page.
