Hot Cheeto Fried Pickle Cheese Sticks (FULL VIDEO)

Hot Cheeto Fried Pickle Mozzarella sticks

2 quarts vegetable oil

Seasoned Flour Mix
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sweet smokey all purpose seasoning tabitha brown
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 large eggs, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
1cup(s) Japanese Style Panko Plain Bread Crumbs
1 cup(s) hot cheetos, crushed
4 Mozzarella String cheese sticks sliced in half (the long way)
8 dill spears
Heat the oil to 350
Drain pickles.
Set up a breading station with flour and spices in one bowl, beaten eggs and buttermilk in a second bowl, and panko and crushed cheetos in a third bowl.
slice the midway along the back side of pickle spears and Place cheese sticks in the opening
Place each pickle cheese stick in the buttermilk egg mixture then dredge in the seasoned flour then back into the buttermilk mixture, making sure all sides are coated.
Add the egg-coated pickle cheese sticks directly to the panko/hot cheetos mixture
Once the heat is at 350, fry the pickles {not to many at once}
Fry until the panko crumbs are golden brown, place the fried pickles onto a paper towel ( it will drain the excess oil)
