The “EdiCEduC project”

The “EdiCEduC project” video is a presentation of the participation of the American Farm School in the “Build A World Of Play Challenge”. It concerns the connection of kids 0-6 with the need to tackle the climate change.
The proposal proposes the transformation of unused buildings into kindergarten classroom food-gardens and the development of a Network of such schools. It is an urban gardening project for school communities (children, parents, teachers, friends, citizens) of young children.
The aim is to connect the well-being of children with green action-based education, food production and permaculture practices; to connect everyday life and children’s vital spaces with the natural environment.
The idea is to implement all the above in the urban landscape where it is crucial for human activity to balance with nature.
